TERMS: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or prepayment by check. After one year and/or after spending $1,000 a customer may apply for net 30 terms.
PAYMENT: We will not process orders without a credit card on file or receipt of your prepayment. Credit cards will not be charged until your order is scheduled to be shipped.
SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped via Fed-Ex. Please reference the Freight Charges sheet for overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day options. For orders greater than 6 boxes, please contact steve@pweuro.com for additional shipping options.
CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS: For all custom and special orders, a 30 week lead time is generally required. For orders over 5,000 of any single item, please contact beth@pweuro.com for special pricing. Custom/special orders will require a non-refundable 50% down payment at time of order.
CLAIMS/CREDITS: Please fax all claims to 760.731.3054, Attn: Claims Department, within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Photos are appreciated for all claims and are REQUIRED for all claims. Please email photos to claims@pweuro.com. If inventory is available, replacement units will be sent, otherwise credits will be issued.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of orders must be received at least 8 weeks prior to the scheduled ship date. An invoice will be issued for any orders cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to shipment.
